Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel a subscription with Pro Tech AI (Pty) Ltd ("Pro Tech AI", "we", "us", or "our"), when a cancellation takes effect, and how automatic renewals are handled. It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

Effective date: 22 June 2026

1. Your right to cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time. There are no cancellation penalties or fees. Cancelling stops your subscription from renewing for future billing cycles.

2. How to cancel

To cancel your subscription, you can:

  • use the cancellation or subscription-management option in your account dashboard, where available; or
  • email us at info@pro-tech-ai.co.za with the subject line "Cancellation Request", including the name and email address associated with your subscription.

We will confirm your cancellation by email. To ensure your cancellation applies before your next renewal, please submit your request at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

3. When cancellation takes effect

  • Cancellation stops future automatic renewals.
  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing cycle you have already paid for, and you keep access to the service until then.
  • After the current billing cycle ends, your access to paid features will stop and no further charges will be made.

4. Automatic renewals

Unless cancelled, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle, and the applicable fee is charged to your payment method on file. By subscribing, you authorise these recurring charges until you cancel. You can stop future renewals at any time by cancelling as described above.

5. Refunds on cancellation

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing cycle. Whether a refund is available is determined by our Refund Policy.

6. Cancellation by Pro Tech AI

We may suspend or cancel a subscription where there is non-payment, a breach of our Terms of Service, or where required by law. Where we cancel a subscription without cause, we will refund any prepaid amount for the unused portion of the billing cycle.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with the updated effective date.
